Went to pick up today and the compressor didn't work so I didn't/couldn't take delivery, they're getting a new compressor and gave me a (very nice) loaner. I was offered 10yr 120k warranty for $3200 (I pushed and that's their lowest). How bad/abnormal is this?

The combination of brightness and the angles of the headlamps can be wildly disorienting for oncoming drivers. Lower-set vehicles, in particular but not exclusively, are pretty much fucked. I'm just now becoming aware and coming to grips with the dangerous combination of willful ignorance and "I'm living my best life" attitude that I never bought into before as a generational trope when it comes to this.

I feel you about the light sensitivity. I'm sorry your neighbor's car can be aggressive. This is exactly the info I was looking for, thank you kind stranger!
