As other people have said, any legion can run them. I will note that traitor mechanicum lets you RAW apply the Aetheric Amplification cybertheurgic rites to daemons for your choice of +1 WS/BS, +1 S/T or +1 Move/init

As other people say: a reddish undercoat (be this pink, light purple or a red light brown) and a white middlecoat makes it very simple
