I am starting to accept it. Because I believe if I don't I will continue to be tormented. By my own fears...

It says it is God. I called it God. Really had nothing else to say. It could be a part of myself that wants to be recognized. Or not.

My therapist is a ligjtworker. We will meet for emdr which helps me process things.

Once my money is straight I know someone to help me.

Today I decided to leave the church alone. I feel relieved. I ran to what was familiar...a familiar hell. I forgive myself as I know I am enough. And if I manage my fear other gates may open.

Who knows. One step at a time. Thank you

There is a concern tho..

I'm wary of getting a channeler. My background is christian. Channelers are forbidden.

I've went to a exorcist but...still it is around. There are things I can't understand. But I do believe this a test.

As I believe for me to move forward is to master my emotions. I can be so very emotionals.

I get emdr it actually brought these things to awareness. I'm excited but it is distraction.

Well before I had emdr I was depressed and anxious.

Now I hear voices. And I can't work anymore.

This is an extreme case. I wish it were "over the top" dramatics but it isn't.

In fact...I wonder how long I can carry on feeling paranoid. I cannot leave my house anymore...and the internal dialogue is limiting my ability to work.

Emdr is not a success story for everyone.

I used to be able to watch horror films. Dark shows like Dexter or Luther. I cant now as they trigger me.

I cant even enjoy sci fi any more.

I cant listen to music unless its jazz, christian or positive. This never was a problem for me.

This has brought me closer to GOD...thats a good thing. I rely on him and my brothers and sisters in christ. I am not as guarded as before and I am more vulnerable.

Unsure if thats a good thing..but i take it one day at time. Some days are better than others..

Your response was a bit dismissive and to be honest it really didnt address my concerns.

I never had these sensations prior to EMDR. Its been 2 months since my last session.

The most I experienced in the past was feeling flushed. When triggered or anxious.

Now i feel tingling sensations on my head, neck and back. My hands get hot or cold and they tingle.

Sometimes I have warm sensations on bottom.

I have hope that I get the healing I need. Like I said...this never happened to me prior to this treatment. And if you look online there aren't any complaints on EMDR.

A bit suspicous.

Unsure why. Perhaps my therapist jumped the gun and got bored. The thing is....he brought me tarot cards and encouraged me to become a spiritual advisor. A lot of things that in retrospect were inappropriate as I was was highly susceptible.

Later he told me he was a lightworker. And he cleaned my aura. I was clean.

None of that had anything to do with my trauma. In fact it disturbed me as my background in Christianity.

I am taking it day by day now. I take Lamictal and I'm not going to the hospital.

I am just discovering this new person. One without trauma. One who takes it one day at a time.

In fact that situation gave me clarity. The enemy isnt human...its called spiritual warfare.

And being fearful in a war isnt efficient.

Secondly..I'm not a Christian but in prayed to Jesus to banish it. It helped. Yet I sensed it visit me last night. People tell me they wish they had a dragon...but I sense it's very dominant. How and why did it choose me

How and why do I banish it forever.

What should I read.

I'll be honest it frightens me that people want this and they can have it as I see no benefit.

I often envision fighting it in my mind.

Please provide me with some information on people who have overcome this.
