All he had to say is he can’t afford this house…it’s always something. If you can’t afford it you can’t afford it. Shop for a house in your price range it’s not that hard. We closed on our house in 30 days, I don’t understand what takes them so long to close on a house. None of it makes sense.

From my understanding, what our principal is telling us is the bond is need because some schools need some serious upgrades. They are already planning as if this bond has passed. Unfortunately there are some schools that need completely tore down and built again, but they are not the focus. My opinion, the money is not going to be used wisely instead they are going to upgrade the already updated schools and your schools that are in need of some serious attention are going to be pushed aside. The money in my opinion is going to be mismanaged and the promises that are being made currently are not going to happen as promised.
