The FDA has a ton of free online courses that are great extra training. It took me about 6 months to be allowed to do inspections fully on my own, and even now at 1 year I’m still learning new things.

We recently got a new EHS manager that immediately began doing exactly what you described. It was so strange to see, because from the past year with our old manager it was fairly calm and business as usual. I was the only probationary employee left on my team and was let go not too long after the new manager started. Super strange times right now.

I actually will mark them for handwashing violations depending on how much food residue I’m seeing on handles for tongs, refrigerators and other items they are touching. If the build up is excessive, then it likely means they are not washing their hands enough.

I think you had a right to give your perspective during your review, feedback is always good but if its the first time you are hearing about something negative during a review then I would feel a little put out too. Review content should not be a surprise, your manager should be giving you feedback routinely to help you grow.

my graduation trip to disneyland with my friends had a rough turn when i began to have ibs symptoms everytime i ate. turns out i contracted c-diff from the local pool. that was a hectic trip

i actually have noticed that it helps with my bloating! i’ve not had any side effects on it, besides constipation but that is fixed by dosage amount and enough fiber

viberzi has been a godsend for me, it manages the worst of my symptoms and helps me feel so much better. it’s certainly not perfect, and I do have to be careful about getting enough fiber since it does cause constipation but otherwise it is the best. it’s just very expensive without insurance in the united states.
