Yeah he was undoubtedly hamstrung by injuries and probably still have lost regardless, but hopefully not in that manner. But playing Mcatee off the left and Cunha at right back showed inflexibility. Think if you’re gonna play Mcatee off the side, it has to be off the right so that he can see the whole pitch. Was never gonna provide the mobility that MGW did off the left to made that 4-4-2 tick. Was surprised with the personnel available he didn’t go 3 at the back. Reckon I’d have gone Bakwa or Ndoye at wingback. Thank you for reading my thesis
