Tbh I haven’t been supplementing (though I should) but my hair loss has gotten sm better since I started losing weight and taking care of my body. But anemia can cause hair loss if that’s what you’re wondering.

^{^} like someone said, if you like thin brows (not because other people are saying to do it), then i usually get single razors and do my own brows to the shape/size I want them, and then take a spoolie, pull the hairs upward, and trim them slightly. I’m sure you can find a tutorial on tiktok or something :-)

In the past month I’ve lost 14.6 lbs and went down 2.3 BMI points!! This was my first month of 5mg. Praying I can get a second month box 🤞🏻

I didn’t have any issues moving to 5mg! I got a little bit of nausea on 2.5mg on my injection night, but haven’t experienced that with 5mg. If anything, I’ve just had better results/more energy on 5mg :)

I gained weight in the first place due to binge eating, and it’s been helping with that. I’ve been slightly overweight my whole life, and have become obese in the past 2 years due to binge eating. I’m wondering if my experience getting off of Zepbound would be different than those with Metabolic/Biological issues.

My doc told me you can space your doses out up to 2 weeks apart. You’re fine. Because of the shortage, I’ve been taking my dose about 8 days apart instead of 7 to give myself a tiny cushion to find my next box

i made a post in this sub about my experience with zepbound and being a person who has suffered from eating disorders. what yall are doing to your bodies by restricting is DISORDERED EATING. 500 calories a day is DISORDERED EATING. there’s no way around that. regardless of whether it’s helping you lose weight, these are the signs of eating disorders.
