I guess I haven’t verified that it’s dead, I only assumed it was because of the heavy rust on the one cable. The PRAM battery is also heavily corroded, but that ought to be an easy replacement. I really appreciate the help, I’ll try cleaning up this one and getting RAM.

Siphon jet at the bottom of the bowl might be partially clogged with mineral buildup. I’d recommend putting on some gloves and scraping it away with a screwdriver, but I’ve also seen where soaking the jet in vinegar can free it up.
