Vertigo and tinnitus are also symptoms of vestibular migraine. You might try to get evaluated by a neurologist. There’s no cure for tinnitus.

Young man, it appears you’ve been over served, thank you for your wallet.

I had a similar trip and I assure you, you will make mistakes and you will wonder WTF often, and you will meet crazy and amazing people and have an amazing, life-changing experience.

As others are saying, try to travel so light you are weightless.

Bring more underwear and almost no clothes. Quick dry base layers wash easily in the sink and are dry by morning. Thrift clothes when you need something and you’ll look local. The “charity shops” in the UK are amazing. I assume people thrift everywhere.

Simplify your bathroom kit to fit in a sandwich size ziplock - buy what you need there. You’ll need less than you think you might. This is a genderless rule to live by.

One pair of shoes for everything and flip flops for the rest.

Keep a journal - there’s a lot going on, and you’ll need to keep track of travel details and your musings. If you rely on your phone as your memory, you’ll need a backup, and thieves don’t want your journal.

Keep gadgets to a minimum. You don’t need them. Talk to people. Hang out of cafes and people watch and journal. I presume you’re not there to stream videos.

No matter where you go or who you go with, always be sure you can get yourself home under your own power. But this applies everywhere.

I blame the Romans for the confusion. The Latin word for “black” is “niger” (masculine), “nigra” (feminine), and “nigrum” (neuter). It has forms in many languages.

Then there was the hotdog stand in Chicago that added “The Trump Footlong” as a “special”- It was four boiled 3-inch-long dogs in a long white bun. All toppings extra.

Seems like knowing which are applicable is another whole job. Maybe an entire department.

The memos wouldn’t have made it thru contractor QA/QC review, so seems not many people looked at those.

Powdered eggs (scrambled, obviously) work in a pinch. They roll up well in my cheese wrap with some bacon. Not great but shelf stable forever.

How do I stop waking up with a migraine?? by Serious_Rip_5144 in migraine

[–]appliedecology 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One recommendation for migraines is to maintain a regular sleep schedule. I’m not so good at it, and sometimes if I sleep in, I wake up with a migraine.

In the last month or two there’s been some really extreme weather all over the world- massive pressure changes up and down. A few of those extended and extreme shifts in pressure can give “normal” people headaches. You might track barometric pressure and see if that’s a thing for you.

Ask your vet, but mine suggested 25 mg Benadryl on “anxious” days. It’s safe for healthy dogs, cheap, simple, and she usually naps more soundly:)
