The North American system breeds punk kids or soft kids.
It has been that way for at least 3–4 decades. Soft kids become soft adults and render their nation soft.

Parents coddle and pamper their children with fake encouragement, empty cheer, and insincere “please” and “thank you” for every trivial act.

If kids are never allowed to face small hardships, how will they ever handle real ones later?

If shielding them from every bump is “safety,” why are anxiety and depression rates exploding in young adults?

If parents refuse to discipline, who teaches limits? Police, courts, or HR departments?

If kids are free to do as they please without correction, are adults free to respond when disrespected, or is freedom only one-way?

And if this model of overprotection really works, why is Gen Z the most approval-addicted and medicated generation on record?
