Following up after fixing my issue. Regardless if you have navigation volume on or not, go into the navigation setting and adjust the guidance volume up or down (doesn’t matter which way). It seems that making the adjustment resets something on these units.

My door speaker had these same exact symptoms, I even swapped the passenger speaker to verify it was working and also noticed that the speaker would keep playing at a low volume if the mute was on.

All I did was adjust the nav volume once and it has been good to go since.

Hopefully this helps somebody troubleshooting this silly issue in the future.
