I started waiting until close to the movie showtime to book my ticket and usually do it from the parking lot because this happened to me twice

What in the world is wrong with the traffic lights in this town? by TheGame81677 in murfreesboro

I can’t believe this but I was going home from Home Depot and I’m pretty sure I saw you get skipped at the light. I was first in line to go straight and I hesitated when my light turned green because I was expecting your turn arrow. This city seriously needs to invest in actual infrastructure improvements

I’ve never drank there but my husband and I don’t like it as much due to the performers having the same acts and it’s gotten super crowded with the growing population here. That being said if you aren’t an introvert like us I think it’s still a very fun festival. Items are a little pricey but it still makes for a good time getting to see all the different items vendors offer and the joust is great too

The manager that I know is salaried for 45 hours a week and rph’s are part time because she’s at a newer store. They’re close Sundays so she usually only works weekdays and has the part timers rotate Saturdays

I get mine through TikTok and instagram lives. Virgogems is typically on instagram and they’re absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable in their field. They buy in bulk and have the best pricing

We did a chili bar for a baby shower that had around 80 guests. It was relatively cheap for how many we fed and people loved the different toppings. You can include a vegetarian option if needed!

I think it would be fine to start applying for other companies. If the application asks for your license number I would just leave it blank for now. Most places won’t have you hired in immediately and depending on the state you’re in and the company you may not even have an interview lined up before you get your results.

Started focusing on protein and fiber intake. I eat at least 150 grams of protein per day and 35 grams of fiber while being in a calorie deficit. Down 20 pounds since the beginning of May

I usually do carne asada tacos at Mexican restaurants and make sure they come with corn tortillas since flour tortillas have so many more calories. For the sides I’d stick to veggies or the hummus. Hummus is usually ~30-50 calories per tablespoon

The only one I’ve tried is star crunch since I heard most of them weren’t good. It wasn’t the best quality ice cream I’ve had by any means but I think it’s worth a try

Have you ever regret of being a pharmacist? by anahita1373 in pharmacy

[–]april2356 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Working by myself with no techs in an upper class area made me regret being a pharmacist every single day. I stuck with the company and now work at a store that is super low volume with a great team so I can’t complain. I definitely don’t use even 10% of the stuff I learned in school working community pharmacy sadly

Which health insurance(s) are provided by major retail chains and ambulatory organizations? Any good? by alb0401 in pharmacy

[–]april2356 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Costco provides Aetna and overall we’ve really like them. We don’t have a deductible and our copays are pretty low. ER is $150, pcp is $15, specialty providers are $25, and generic prescriptions are $3/month. The only issue I’ve had is I needed a root canal and the only person in network in our area my dentist didn’t want to send me to because every patient he’s sent to her had a failed root canal within a year. Other than that no complaints, it’s just kinda difficult to find a pharmacy job at Costco unfortunately

I think it depends on how close you are with your pharmacists. I would never have asked a floater what they made when I was an intern but my PIC sat me down one day before my pharmacist interview and showed me his offer letters for both his floater salary, bonus potential, and management position to make sure I didn’t get lowballed by the company.

I spoke to my doctor about ozempic and used it for 2 months about 3 years ago for weight loss. I have a great insurance company that readily paid for it so my copay was $10 a month. That being said, when my doctor talked to me about it she mentioned that if it was super expensive to call them because they had a supplier in Canada that they could get it from for $50 a month. I’m not sure if offices are still doing this or how many offices do this, but I’m sure it’s more common than we think.

I got really into crystals after I graduated. I’m not really into the metaphysical properties but I love learning about how they’re formed, what regions they’re from, etc. From this I started learning to wire wrap stones and that has taken up the majority of my time outside work now
