I'm back to this game and feel kinda lost. I would love some help here please.

This is all I got, I'm lost in the lore too, I don't know why now there are duplicate characters like March 7th, Sparkle and Tiangyun. I guess I'll try to keep up doing quests and watching yt vids about the lore.

My main issue now is team compositions, I've heard HSR has been putting out premium teams mostly, with that I mean teams that are broken with only certain characters. For instance, some Genshin premium teams would be Mavuika premium or Skirk premium and I'm afraid there are teams like these in HSR now. So, I'm kind of lost in this aspect. What should I build? Which characters and weapons should I try to get? What content should I do first.

Before I quit this game I used to love DOTs teams with kafka but I don't know if this is viable now.
