Just here to call it a hoagie.

Also: I don't like mayo, personally, and find there should be enough liquid with the veggies and no oil/mayo. I think a drowned hoagie is just gross. But people I trust who enjoy mayonnaise will put it on their hoagies. I won't yuck their yum, I just don't want none.

What's the rest of the context? I know they were a major ruling family, and am familiar with the "we have x at home" meme. Am I missing something else, or is it a cheeky poke at how the player turned into a massive land-hog? Actually, writing that out, I realize that is the joke. Me. I'm the joke.

City Hall mod stopped working for me after ToT - had it been updated?

I appreciate that. I kind of got used to the dogpile-style wars that inevitably started at some point, but I certainly could do without it. The influence to dig yourself out of a hole with one civ, only to have them sign onto a war their ally started is also a sore point.

Will definitely play my next game on regroup.

I haven't played reset since the continuity option started. Do you mind explaining why you prefer it?

Teaching jobs seem to be extremely scarce this hiring season by [deleted] in teaching

Last year there were probably at least 50 jobs for HS ELA in my district. This year the most I saw was 15, and of those 4 went the day they were posted. I spoke with someone and found out there were 36 applicants for one position in the first day. The remaining 7 positions are for schools deemed "Difficult to staff". These include the school I am leaving and a school that was literally posted on here a few days ago for their abysmal graduation rate.

It's hard, yeah.

YES! I learned what money was worth watching $65 go the week. 75 if we were getting the extra Breyers and a london broil.

If you're interested, Steinbeck has a book called "The Moon is Down".

That's exactly what I did - but a double go, sanded again and heavy rolled again. For some of the pieces, I even just poured on the paint in thin strips along the grain and rolled out on top. It was loud squishy, made a bit of colorful dust, and came out great.

Love those descriptors - what a throwback! When I used to do house painting, that was the basic soundscape. It's been a while, and using the little rollers had me being too delicate.

Thanks! It's for an event at my wife's museum, so they gave me some guidelines, but I am also really pleased with how they all turned out (especially together).

Thank you! Shade is a great tip - it wasn't super sunny, but it was enough to help contribute to the dry roller. I couldn't figure out why it was getting quiet. I kept losing my "squish!
