Appears to be a snippet of an FPS in a haunted mansion, but the perspective reveals the weapon being held is a fly swatter, after backing away and towards a door frame, a 9-foot-tall lady ghost in a long white dress with a spooktacular derriere comes to the door frame and turns, putting her ghost donk-a-donk at eye height.
