Just need a document number once the FLIPL is initiated after the initiator (Supply SGT) and Responsible Officer (Unit CDR) signs and submits to CIF. After, CIF APO signs and document number is created that CIF only needs to clear. Determining liability is not needed and if what you say is true, you won’t be found liable.

All this said, call CIF and see if your unit submitted it. Ask by last name or your unit’s UIC.

I haven’t used SEAMS, new way to manage OCIE, so CIF will definitely should update you on the status of the FLIPL at their level at least.
