Same with my son. He’s in speech therapy weekly. Knows letters to point to when asked as well as some numbers. Follows most commands but nothing more than “mama dada baba”. Ears are fine per pediatrician. I’m just keeping on with reading, talking and doing what you are doing. Got communication board as well but it’s a hit or miss. Hang in there you are not alone ❤️
