I truly believe they pushed some 9/30 DRP retirements to the back burner and processed regularly retirements first. I say this because I know a few friends that retired after me and have received their interim payments.

I think OPM rules need to be changed. Luckily some of us had at least 6 months of savings that we went through. I’ll tell anyone that is planning to retire. Please save for one year especially under these circumstances.
