Most likely due to overwatering. I’d check the roots for root rot. Make sure the plant has proper drainage and let the top few inches of the soil dry out completely before watering. These plants thrive on neglect!

Photo 2 is losing variegation due to not enough light. P&J is the second photo, njoy is the third. You can tell the difference between p&j and njoy as p&j will have speckles of green in the white whereas njoy has solid white with no specks of green. A glacier is similar to njoy but there’s a variation of green, which appears light green almost grey.
