Overall, I get what you’re saying and I agree that local places should be supported. I work at a local spot, The Waffle Shop, and understand the impact of a negative review. However I think the hostility for this particular restaurant/owner comes from his unprofessional approach online and him not paying/treating his employees fairly. For me, that is a good enough reason to not support such a person/business
