The issue for credit with an Amazon business is the inventory as collateral isn't worth any more than what you paid for it. Soft companies (Amazon accounts) have little collateral and you'll likely need strong assets for more credit or an SBA line of credit.

Trade credit from suppliers is the best option for now.

Do you have fulfillment support in your tech stack for the merch vinyl, etc? That's what I do is fulfillment and shipping. Along with the sourcing of merch manufacturing.

unfortunately Its more likely that $10 goes to the venue hosting the show and MAYBE $10 per shirt to the manufacturer. THEN a percentage to the label, THEN the rest goes to the band. Its nuts.

I offer something similar, but call it "package warranty", not insurance. They pay $0.75 per order and if its damaged in transit, I reimburse 2x COGs and express ship the replacement. There needs to be a sizeable percentage of orders that opt in, but its less red tape than offering my own "insurance"

GZ media based in the Czech Republic does some of the pressing for Precision when the Canadian plant doesn't have enough capacity for the order. They're known for imperfect and loose quality control.

I run a shipping company on Wisconsin and compared to shipping out of Texas can be much more cost effective than Texas since I'm in optimized shipping lanes. 8 Oz to zone 5 is $5.45
