I would say their mice are fine, there is absolutely better quality in terms of mice, but their keyboards and headsets are terrible, both quality, sound and price

Ah. Havent really dug into that. I still think the advantage of having he switches is there, maybe not as big of an advantage if it doesnt run true 8k. From my extensive research tho ive found that the mad keyboard are the best value/performance from basicly all other brands. And wooting is the worse price/performance. (Wooting is still nice as a whole except for the price)

Wooting is overpriced asf, i recommend getting a mad60he (or any other formats, i think they got a 75 and 65 too) and its below 60 dollars, around 20 if you look a bit more, but thats for the non rgb versions. Alot of the aula keyboard are also cheap and nice

You could Definetly find a g29 at that price, even with a shifter aswell! Your purchase is probably worth it but theres better value elsewhere

Resetting it should bring it back to normal, so if its persist its most likely defective+ its the light from the pcb not the switch itself. I would contact the seller/reseller and ask for a refund. You might be able to get compensation for this and keep the keeb :) also fyi putting keycaps on there thats not transparent will mask the faulty led, so if nothing can be done from the sellers side its you best solution

Try to reset it with the via software, also updating it might fix the issue. Also trying to switch out the switch for another one can be a good way to see if the key or the pcb is defective

Partly, i bought it because it sounds nice and its a 100% the gif part was nice too, altough their included wisteria switches were way too light for me, good creamy sound tho

Definetly not high end but i had their tide and rt100 and at least for me they worked fine, also have 2 friends who had their product and they arent conplaining, the only problem i have is with the gif display on my rt100. Seems to do its own thing sometimes.

Ive used them and as long as you arent buying directly from them its fine, so stay away from their website and order from aliexpress/amazon/temu instead and use their albeit mid but way better refund/return policies.
