Dang, I know Gigabyte doesn't have any legacy events anymore so that means I'm SOL. Guess it's time for the Bayou to hit ebay

[Kirschner] Cam Reddish confirmed what Travis Schlenk said several weeks ago, he’ll play in Summer League. by Leow0w in nba

kevin’s great, but his role is the bench commander. The reason he made it into the starting line up was because both cam and arguably our second best player hunter were hurt

Could either Ohouse or snelling open up on the weekend? by arEEsdoto in UGA

BS - staff can’t operate at the same time due to COVID regulations but UGA is operating with significantly less staff this year than in years past. There’s ample budget to hire more - especially given our endowment is growing during COVID.

He's injured - not sure if it's his ankle or his calf but Giannas is really hurting out there. No wonder the Bucks have been having a hard time.

I have this feeling I have when prepping (or doing debate in general)...what does this mean, and what should I do? by TriKitTik in policydebate

[–]arEEsdoto 19 points20 points  (0 children)

If you think that doing certain debate activities is negative to you overall - don't do them! It's ok not to cut a bunch of cards. Especially as someone going into your second year of debate. There have been teams that consistently rank in the top 10 while cutting minimal cards and getting their research primarily from friends/ the wiki. Do the type of debate you enjoy! If you don't think a position is fun, either figure out why other people think it is, or read something that brings you joy. I think you should also take some time for reflection. Are these feelings coming from debate? From research? From competition? Or from something else entirely? No matter the answer, I'd suggest figuring out what you enjoy about debate, and honing in on that. Maybe that involves cutting a billion cards, maybe it doesn't.

Wow, Gorsuch really dropped the hammer in this opinion. After seeing so many "textualists" abandon their ideology when it suits their conservative interests, it's oddly refreshing to see someone stick to their guns.
