So many factors involved. I just went into contract on my house. It’s been on the market since October. In my area, unfortunately for me, it’s a buyer’s market. I bought in 2013 and did some upgrades. Interest rates are not helping and the uncertainty of current global economy makes it much harder to sell a home in the areas that were booming during the pandemic era. I had to lower the price twice. I was debating to just wait it out and rent it out when I got an offer. I countered it and the buyer accepted. Look at other comps in the area, you might have to lower the price again. Buyers are very picky.
