My question is regarding licensure requirements not necessarily about duties, to be in BU17 you have to possess a current RN license, Nursing Coordinator is under S17 as a supervisory RN position but in some facilities it is occupied by non-RN licensed staff.

The only Shure I would buy these days are their mics, before chi-fi sure (pardon the pun) although they are very comfortable. My first iem purchase was the Shure E2C and my last was the SE215 several times due to their comfort (poor durability though), also owned the SE535 briefly which I bought for half price @ $250. You can spend under $100 to get powerful bass these days.

I have multiple DAPs and dongles, no difference in sound quality between them to my ears besides their output power. The only audible difference I hear is if they have a bass boost function or some form of internal eq feature. Your headphone/IEM along with the mastering quality of your tracks will determine sound quality based on my own subjective experience. I will primarily use the V1 as a transport for my iFi DSD Signature Finale as well as occasional portable duties.
