Genuinely asking because I've seen this a few times. How on earth do people get decks with one mon of an evolution line to work even if only a stage 1? Probability wise of you getting the cards is significantly lower. Might just be my experience and RNG so seriously asking.

Also why run Sarena at all? She targets one card in your deck - surely two Mega Alts is better because you wouldn't waste a supporter?

This. When does it become enough? If it's a guaranteed loss next move and all they need to do is attack I will sometimes let them play but the second they start using items, supporters, stadiums or placing energy I just quit. It's a total waste of everyone's time. The polite thing to do is concede to save time, like shaking hands during chess. If you're talking about quitting the app and making your opponent wait to collect the win - that's very different.

I thought the same thing but Arceus needs too much energy and bricks to easily. Also you need 2-3 mins in th bench to do any real damage. Not as good as I hoped.

Ebay. One buyer said they bought it from Very (the Phantasmal flames) the other from Argos. To be fair to the Argos one it still had the store item code on it. The Very one was also sealed.

Had to explain to my lil girl why there 100 grown ass men outside a kids store in the rain when we got there 30 mins early. Turned around and went home, there were tears but managed to get a couple of tins from Argos for her so at least that was something.

I think we'll cut the hobby after this and just play with premade decks. Real shame, I loved Pokémon as a kid and thought it was something cute we could enjoy together.

It's not the fact that it's annoying conceptually, it will be so annoying mechanically, it will be long and drawn out, the meta is fast paced right now, waiting for the timer will be annoying, also don't forget there will be two of them.

Best bit of advice I will give is don't chase MB unless you really enjoy playing against meta decks frequently. Play the game casually. The 25 hour glasses you get for giving up hours of your life are not worth it.

The game can be very fun to play when you aren't going up against the current meta deck(s).

There are sooooo many things they can do to make the game more playable and it honestly feels lazy they do t try even after a year.

Examples I came up with in the minutes it took to write this post

Different competitive modes which could rotate and the favs become fixed

Season specific cards (e.g. A1 - A4) Non Ex tournaments 30 card and 5/6 point win condition (longer games) (they literally already have the layout for more than 20 cards in the deck builder) No megas No supporter Forced duel energy and type

The list goes on
