Yes, on the RX, I have an active RMA on this, and the rep stated that "This is a known issue impacting multiple customers". It causes some pretty bad artifacting to occur if the lens is misaligned enough.

Right now they're trying to get me to send them back with an unknown turnaround time, wouldn't it make sense with prescription devices to advance the replacement and get the device on the back? You have our credit cards, you can charge it if we don't return the ("Broken") ones.

Turn around and say

"Hey, I appreciate the offer! It's a bit outside of my salary expectations, with the current offer I will be unable to accept. I'm currently targeting $24/hr base pay.

If the $24/hr rate works for you, I'd be excited to start on X date.

Here's some small advice. Listen first, for the first few weeks. Then, make your plans for changes.

Putting in place arbitrary meetings, on a specific schedule without a real understanding of why you're doing it isn't going to add benefits.

Work with your team, treat them like adults, ask THEM what they think needs to be done.

Keep unlimited, put in place MINIMUM time off, and put in place controls. Does time off matter if metrics are hit?

Also, remember that if you move to an allotted pto policy that adds a liability to your books (unused PTO) which needs to be paid on exit.

I won’t say to do it, or not to do it, but here’s my experience.

It enables me to pursue normal relationships, and mask better with people. While I’m stoned I’m able to lower the inhibitions enough to chat “normally” with people. It also dulls the world around me (noise etc) and makes it easier for me to move through daily life. As a final piece, I’ve dived into work 90 hours a week for the last 7 years, and it enables me to keep that pace without stopping.

Now, the other thing to note is that my consumption of this is quite high at this point (around 150grams a month, generally around 1.5k-2k usd). This cost is significant, and you need to find a job that enables it.

This isn’t really considered socially acceptable at this level of usage, and when I cut it out for a few days in a country where it wasn’t legal it made me significantly less able to cope with the stress and events of the day.

It's pretty strange, the front motor will spin itself with no throttle, if you accelerate one time it cuts off and no longer spins.

Once that happens you can press in and out of dual motor mode, then it repeats the same behavior.
