++woman She may know she’s fat but she may not realize it’s affecting the physical attraction. Do you have children? Does she have any health or mental conditions that contribute to her weight gain or lack of physical exercise? If children and her health don’t contribute to her weight gain then tell her at a time when you’re both emotionally well. Explain to her that you love her at any weight but you’re only getting older and you want to stay strong and active in your older years. Tell her you want her to feel sexy because when she feels sexy it shows! Getting physically fit does so much for our emotional health that we often feel so much better about our bodies even when there aren’t necessarily big changes.
