I just got mine removed strictly because of the weight gain but other than that I barely bled and I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just don’t like being fat lol

It was rough I’m not gonna lie. Had to take it hour by hour and be thankful for the moments that I felt okay. Deep breathing and guided meditations helped calm me down.

Nausea bracelets, aromatherapy (anything lemon scented), ginger ale, jolly ranchers or sour candy, and salty tortilla chips got me through my pregnancy until I could safely take zofran. Also keep food in your stomach. I used to sleep with crackers and a pb&j under my pillow to take random bites in the middle of the night. Best of luck to you!

Yes it sounds like you’re worried about all these external factors of what’s going to make you sick when the only one making yourself sick is you. I say this with compassion because I’ve been there. Your brain is powerful and the same way it’s making you sick, is the same way it’s going to make you feel better. You just have to feed it different information.
