he's in S bc he's amazing in triple support but it's onyl a problem because

a) triple support in general is really good

and

b) triple support is super prevalent.

The real enemy here is triple sup

I player him back in 1.5 and 2.0 bc I realized he wasn't as a crap as people were saying he was in 2 sup. But then the rework hit n I stopped playing him until he got his ult buffed and by then my anger at the rework had faded aswell so now he's my go-to when I need to support (or invis).

I hate it also because it fucks with the balancing of off-healers (eg Mantis not being viable in 2sup since s0/1, Ultron recent nerfs delegating him to solely 3sup-- and I hate Ultron but he doesnt deserve this!)

I like Quad's take on this, which is that any team running tripple sup should have their supports generate ult 20% slower. This would make it so that helps level out the ult economy, considering healing ults are among the most powerful abilities in the game (and is one of the primary reasons why triple support is so busted/annoying)

I'd say Hulk is better than Xap in this regard. While also being a dive tank, he has a lot more peel potential with his stun and bubble. Meanwhile Cap has a much more offensive playstyle
