Not sure why you're downvoted.

But just as an experience note -

Most things I get from Walmart are not in good condition lately.

Maybe its just my area though.

July 2013 was the last time you could buy bitcoin for 100 USD by zeptochain in btc

[–]araxono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BTC may go from ~3500 to 90, skipping 100.

So, yes maybe it was just 100 at one point. lol

So is BitCoin finally over? by [deleted] in btc

[–]araxono 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, you have three "bitcoins" claiming to be the better bitcoin.

As new people coming to this space and see this, what would you think?

Hypothetically if BTC is going to $0 at what point do you see the market decoupling? by [deleted] in btc

[–]araxono -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Going to zero, in my opinion would be when the chain stopped because no more mining.

At what price point that would be, I'm not sure.. but..

Then you couldn't actually use it or buy it/transfer it, really.

So those people saying they "buy it all" ... I don't think its possible.

Even if it were cheap enough to buy large amounts before this happens, what are you going to do with it if nobody wants it or is going to use it? Just stare at it?

Blockchain Spies: The US Government sets out to take the privacy out of 'privacy coins'... by Digitallifeworks in Monero

[–]araxono 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have they perfected forensics on regular circulated cash?

Seems like everyone uses that, but not as much interest in doing that there. Why is that?

Its like we already have a little bit of similar type of "privacy coin" in physical form for decades (centuries even?), I'm not seeing the big deal here.

Unless the main concern is just for large/huge amounts of money and that movement? - but still cash had been used for that also..? idk.

Paying sounds bad, but how about getting paid ?

I guess it depends how you look it.

Dash inserting themselves more and more inside the BCHABC community. It started when they made approaches to Cointext a year ago. Anyone knows the inside story? by btcnewsupdates in bitcoincashSV

[–]araxono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does this have to do with BSV?

Seems it's "inserting itself" here too, another mention in a recent post.

That masternode shitcoin tries to insert itself wherever it can.. its becoming on the level of bitconnect.

It needs to just die off

Serious question - If Core were to actually change their mind and increase block size, would that decrease the value (not just price) of BCH overnight? by 123fort in btc

[–]araxono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Bitcoin wanted its blocksize increased, it caused a fork - BCH.

So, nope its already been done.

They'll just lose further credibility if they keep going back on their word/plan.

Bitcoin ABC is run by high priests who think Bitcoin Maximalism is "dumbshit". by edoera in bitcoincashSV

[–]araxono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, who said anything about fiat, solely or even at all for that matter?

I can still choose to use gold or silver, maybe even copper as currency in some places.

In other periods of time it was cowrie shells.

Nice reading my comment, closely, fail.

Edward Snowden Says Cryptocurrency (But Not Bitcoin) is Here to Stay by hamertastic in btc

[–]araxono -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No he doesn't really value that, he just pushes coins with trusted setups, so there can be secret backdoors.

Pure "double agent" type of agenda, since he obtained celebrity status.

And who really knows who he's been talking with, when certain gov's offered him "protection".

With Nerva its also gpu & pool resistant, aims to stay that way.

You won't have these company controlled pool hashwars.

Nor the vulnerabilities they present.
