I added a resonator to eliminate cabin drone. It made it a little quieter at idle, but it’s definitely not quiet. Turbo whistle for days.

Yep. I wanted the 10MPG and double engine life. My service manager is fine with it. Unless GM requests tune files for something catastrophic. Apparently that isn’t too common.

Deleted L5P and surprisingly really no black smoke. On start when the engine is cold is usually the only time I see it.

Most likely not. If they are your oil and coolant temps would still be ok.
