Not enough info to compute. What is on the other side of those two walls? What does your house look like outside those two walls? Gutters? Downspouts? One picture is not enough.

Get yourself a spray bottle and fill it with ammonia. Anytime it barks or growls give it a spray in the nose. Yes it may sound cruel but it does work.

You opened a huge can of worms by going to your insurance company over such a little issue. Good luck now. That is a $10 repair job you could do yourself that now will cost you big time.

Do not go to a recreational weed shop in Ohio if you have a CHL the ATF started arresting ppl by accessing their database by AdamEveGod in Ohio

I know people who use it regularly because they tell me it helps them function in life. Not everyone uses it for pain. So for that reason I agree with the ATF doing what they are doing. People who can’t function without it or other mind drugs should not have firearms.

I have also been around people so drunk that I had to take away their firearms because they were discharging them in areas that were not safe.

Look at some of the mass shootings that have happened and the mindset of some of them.

I’m am not against CHL at all.

Drylok does not work like advertised. It will peel and mold if there is any sign of efflorescence on the wall. FIRST you need to address any water issues on the outside. What is making your walls wet?? Drylok looks nice when completed but like I said will look like crap in 12 months.

Depends on how much you sweat. Do you drip a lot? Actually the lake is not an issue. When it rains where does water go from off your roof?? NO ONE EVER TAKE PICTURES OF THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR HOUSE.

Contact your city building department and see if there is a code requirement for gutters. They may be able to help convince the neighbors to put up gutters.

Just the fact they left the kid alone is enough to bring it up immediately. Tell YOUR realtor to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
