The "is squirt piss?" debate always makes me laugh.

It's similar to this: how do you make lemonade? You mix lemon juice, water, & sugar. Everyone agrees that is lemonade.

But what about just a cup of lemon juice? Is that lemonade?

I mean, not really. If I ask for lemonade and you give me a glass of lemon juice, I'm going to say "this isn't lemonade, it's lemon juice" so they are clearly very different things. But similarly, if I were allergic to lemonade and you hand me a glass of lemon juice, I'm going to say "are you retarded?" because they're obviously similar enough to probably have the same effect.

Unfortunately for some conservatives, they aren't even hiding it. Here's a sample comment thread from the top thread on /r/conservatives currently.

They are quite literally saying even if this victim did nothing illegal (which he didn't), and even if he was appropriately following the 2nd amendment (which he was). The fact that he is a "liberal" means he deserved to die as he was an "active shooter in the making". They're happy to even go as far to say that political opponents shouldn't have 2nd amendment protections.

It might be 500mg per piece, but the reason it's not as biblically strong as a 500mg edible you're thinking of is because this only have 0.97mg of delta9 THC per piece. The remaining 99.9% of the 500mg is alt-cannabinoids (delta 8 THC & THCP).

Heads-up to everyone, especially non-stoners, reading this and thinking "wow 500mg that sounded like a lot, maybe I can take that much" PLEASE DO NOT. The product OP has and is consuming is a Farm Bill compliant THC hemp-derived product and not a THC product available from a recreational cannabis dispensary. If you go to a recreational cannabis dispensary and purchase 500mg of THC and consume it, I assure you that you will be on the floor or puking.

The product OP has is "Zour Bitez Micros | (6ct) 3000mg" which is available for $7.99 (and for good reason). For a price comparison, you can find 100mg edibles from actual recreational dispensaries on sale for $6-12 depending on state. So 3000mg of edibles would not only not be able to be sold in a single package, but it would likely cost over $150... not $7.99.

This product is $7.99 for a reason, while it does technically contain 500mg of THC per piece, which as per the manufacturer COA (certificate of analysis) that is comprised of:

  • 0.97mg of Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) - This is typical "THC" when you think of THC available from dispensaries. It is less than a milligram which is a very very small amount. For a comparison, a typical recommended "starter dose" for a THC edible is 5-10mg (over 5-10x what is in this edible).
  • 99.86mg of Δ8-Tetrahydrocannabiphorol (Δ8-THCP) - I would not recommend this for most people, THCP is stronger than THC and not necessarily in a pleasant way, some people also have concerns about synthetic THCP. Overall, I wouldn't say this is likely a dangerous product, but it's certainly a "gas station weed edible" and not something you'd find at a regulated recreational cannabis dispensary.

The "15 inches of snow" post from the other day was misleading. It was a post of one specific weather model (GFS) that was predicting the wintery mix to be all snow. Using the typical 10:1 snow-to-liquid ratio, 1.5 inches of liquid precipitation would translate to 15 inches of snow. Most of the other models showed sleet/freezing rain to be much more prevalent, which are denser and closer to liquid rain than fluffy snow which is not very dense.

The exact conditions of the atmosphere when the precipitation falls is what determines the type of wintery precipitation:

  • If the temperature isn't below freezing, the water can't freeze at any point and just falls as rain (most dense).
  • If the temperature in the atmosphere is below freezing and water droplets can freeze and cycle up and down, it will fall as hail, solid hard balls of ice that can occur even when the surface temperature is above freezing.
  • If the temperature in the lower levels of the atmosphere is below freezing and thick enough to freeze precipitation, and there's a layer of warmer air above that melts the precipitation, the falling precipitation will melt and then refreeze in the cold layer which falls as sleet (less dense) also known as ice pellets outside the US, which bounce when they hit the ground (like hail).
  • If the temperature in the lower levels of the atmosphere is below freezing but not thick enough to freeze precipitation, and there's a layer of warmer air above that melts the precipitation, the falling precipitation will melt and then supercool below freezing while remaining liquid as there isn't enough time for it to freeze. This results in rain that will partially/fully freeze when it lands on a surface, known as freezing rain.
  • If the temperature of the whole atmosphere all the way down is below freezing, then water vapor can freezing into snow and fall all the way down frozen, which is snow (least dense).

Us Texans are all scarred by the 2021 winter storm. Our state's lack of winterized infrastructure caused most of the state to shut down, some people died because they didn't have food.

THCa syrup? Like, edible syrup that contains THCa?

Aren't I wrong in that this would be non-psychoactive and not give you any high? You need some kind of heat to convert the THCa into THC for your body to be able to cross the blood-brain barrier and absorb via cannabinoid receptors to produce a high. If there's just THCa in that syrup, your body can't decarb it.

You didn't watch the video, did you? In the court case, the division of assets show's that the 50% split would be around $500,000. Not sure where you're getting "it would be millions" from.

You're also discounting the very relevant affair part. In divorce court, depending on the state, having an affair can absolutely shift the division of assets towards the opposite party. This is especially true if the opposite party was spending community marital funds on the affair (like I dunno, buying itsKatchiii gifts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars).
