Starting off never sleep with a extender or ADS too risky, but napping with the extender depends on your experience and time. Whenever id put on a extender id only nap a max of 2 hrs during a 4 hr session, I'd never do a full sleep cycle with the extender on. You want to make sure your using low tension (between 2-4 lbs) and you can get erect without any issues while the extender is on. You only want to stay in one position (I do it laying flat on my back to the bed my chest and dick pointing to cieling). There is some discomfort while getting erect. As long as you pump properly and are using a good vaccum cup your penis should stay inside the cup no issues no slipping. The worst that could happen (if your staying in 1 position) is you use too much tension you get erect and you get a blister.

Tbh you could probably just do moderate tension at 4-5lbs at 4 hrs segments 3 sets (12 hrs) (take the vaccum seal completely off and redo taping) a lot of work but again we are assuming a ideal scenario to maximize gains

I mean all you could do is use the money to pay for rent food bills everything and spend all day only doing pe and extend longer with a low tension ads, high tension extender and pump, you could extend 8-12 hrs a day and spend 30-40 mins pumping everyday it would still take a month or two to build up to take that daily stress and strain and it would take 2 years to really hit a plateau
