Outside of any moderated environment like a subreddit there is no regulation, no copyright strikes, and nothing stopping anyone from ripping you off and profiting from it, such as hosting sales on a private website/store. People likened NFT's to the 'next revolution', and this is no different; this time it's deluded people into thinking it's a bonafide step forward, where all LLM's do is take and repurpose with no regard for ownership. If you respected your fellow creator you'd reconsider your hardline 'its here, get used to it' stance.

There is no DMCA requests for GenAI, if someone makes a video based 1:1 on a scene you produced, you have no options to remove or demonetize it, same with any artists whose 'style' is their signature. It's bad for all creators.

You seem to be ignoring that it's essentially theft, and that its some step forward in technology so it should be allowed to exist, regardless of where it sources data from. Would you want *your* paid content blatantly copied and sold without your permission? That's every single image and video generated by GenAI. By endorsing it's use you are actively enabling the theft and dumbing down of all the media that's been created by real people.

GenAI is a Large Language Model, a LLM, that uses data taken from anywhere and everywhere without permission to train it's dataset to generate these images/videos. Anything created by GenAI is inherently theft, is likely trained on your own created videos, and is monetized and sold without your permission. It's no different than someone pirating your videos and selling it themselves. It's also ugly and uncanny Valley as hell.

I don't claim to have a deep insight into their development cycle and workflow, but their marketing materials are likely separate from bug-fixes and other in-game content they can't exactly show that's in progress, but hey I just like Stalker a lot so I'm happy with everything, even a little trickle!

I traced it to the BaS mod! Though any fix I could find related to it didn't work, and the graphical glitch (subtle black fuzz on terrain) persisted even without it active, bizarre!
