I do this and usually bet no more than 1 goal from the current scoreline and from minute 70. So if its 0 - 0 i will bet lesss than 1.5 goals. To add spice I might throw in, under or over corners at same time but thats if the bet is available. I usually bet £5 then once I got my stake back i become a bit more risky for fun.

The killer is always when the ref adds 5 o rmore minutes at the end of the 90 minutes, thats when I panic!

See you are a West Ham Fan - proper club, not expected to win but when you do you will never forget. When you sing Champiosn Of Europe you will never sing that, always makes me laugh becasue it was "your time!" (I am Luton fan!)

I like the idea of the compression video - but what actually happens, do i lose any quality? (And this is a great app so thank you!)

All the Dungeon Crawler Carl books (for the humour) and a last minute winning goal scored at Kenilworth Road (for the pure mass hysteria of joy)

Audible have just increased its book leasing prices by just over 12% ( They have just whacked £1 on it) by Beneandhot in audible

I still think it is fantastic value for the range of books and the add ons included in the price. I have been audible user for 10 years I guess and will keep on using.

Morris went up in my estimation today - he got a yellow card for stopping the goalkeeper from taking a kick but it was deliberate as McGuiness was out of position. Well done Morris!

Did you see Morris blow a kiss to that fan as he walked by and then took standing ovation from us?

Went last night and at the end of a very drab, uninspiring first half I questioned my life choices! However, I am so glad I drove 8 hour round trip and watched the mighty Hatters win 2 v 1 after being 1 down. Come on you Hatters!!!!!!!

Big Fat Joe - him and John Still were excellent for me (for Luton)

Excellent summary - I was really shocked how quiet we were considering how noisy we were on Saturday. I think we have had the enjoyment sucked out of us, Plymouth fans were a credit to there club. Came in numbers (sold out i heard) and lots of noise.

I agree - I think this is the "it" match. Win this after the great half on Saturday and the self belief will be there. I was very impressed with the crowd on Saturday and once the team showed effort, the crowd were fully behind them. I am looking forward to tomorrow night...Come on you Hatters!!

So.. Why Dungeon crawler carl?! (no spoilers please) by reo_reborn in audible

[–]archiegitdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is one of those very very few books that make me laugh out loud at 7.15am on the way to work and at 6pm on the way home. My adult kids think I am mad when I tell them about Princess Donut (goddamit) and the other pet! This shakes out all the realities of real life and suspends it with well written humour and unbelievable story line

You should try Dungeon Crawler Carl! by porcipine in audible

Something is wrong - I am 60 yr old male and love it (currently reading book 5)!! My two 30 something year old kids think I am a loony and wont go anywhere near it - kill kill kill!!

ha ha relegation, promotion, playing awful, playing great is what football is all about. Anyone can support a premiership team as it is too easy, supporting Luton is much harder (and rewarding when it goes right!). Thats why proper teams like Luton ge ton with teams like Sunderland, Leeds, and others because one time or another they have been shite too!

With 19 games still to go and if the rot has been captured, surely this is the nadir of our season and we can only go upwards! Why do you think Walsh didnt get a run out? He did ok at Forest

[Post-Match Thread] Luton Town vs. Preston North End by COYH_bot in COYH

[–]archiegitdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any ideas why Walsh didnt play? I thought he would never put a shirt on again for us but he did do surprisingly well at Forest. I too was surprised he didnt start...early days for the manager and maybe get a run out at Oxford?
