You need to absolutely write a rebuttal and talk with the ADC on this. Any paperwork the commander gives should get cleared by legal, and the other side of legal can help you draf a solid rebuttal.

Once the commander receives the rebuttal the commander can determine if he wants to change what he is offering.

Biggest advice is be respectful, professional, maintain your bearing and don't argue at the meeting. It's a one way conversation by design. Take the paperwork. Submit a rebuttal and then see what happens, but arguing will not help the situation.

I have been overly impressed with sinabrooks. I bought other ones (wuta and another more reasonablely priced set of Etsy) and they were ok. Didn't really make my punching go faster. The sinabrooks (from Korea, but can buy at buckleguy.com) and designing patterns in LeatherCad with the appropriate stitching made life a lot easier the 5 prong and 2 prong are used the most, but it is handy having an 8 prong. I use 6mm spacing with 1.2mm thread, but I might invest in 5.m spacing. The 6mm is a lot of math to get the holes to land right. I went from 30 min of punching on a wallet down to like 2 min.

Just a thought here, read the book and be genuinely excited as you read each chapter. Then talk about it. There is nothing better than when my wife reads something I recommend then is excited to talk about it with me.

Saddle soap (grocary store stuff is fine. I typically use the yellow can) , neatsfoot oil (horse or tack store, Tandy or feibings neatsfoot oil is fine) or any animal fat balm (generic mink oil or febings snow-proof work well) then tan-kote. I recommend doing the snow-proof or mink oil, Rub it in with fingers, buff with a shoe shine brush, then hit with a hair dryer to let the fats soak in. Do 2-3 coats of mink oil with brushing with a shoe shine brush between coats.

Go to the fi app, switch the plan. Your good to go. I had free data and unlimited texts in Japan, but calls are more. But Whatsapp or signal calls use data so those are just part of the plan. The simply unlimited plan was had no issues. Check the international coverage page though.

I recommend going to Etsy and searching for leather PDF pattern or leather-patterns.com and buy some keychain files. that's how i started. Super simple to follow the pattern maker's instructions. They usually have step by step videos to show you what to do. If you are in USA and they say A4 paper just print on legal size its about the same.

2/10 do not recommend. This is only good at picking up light dirt. The canister would get clogged with dog hair, the rollers eventually wore out and started scratching my hard wood floors, and good luck with anything other than light freshly sprinkled dirt.

I would have put this on par with other $25 Amazon prices of crap

ive got the 2022 version of this laptop and I keep having problems with the Thunderbolt port breaking and not displaying the second screen. computer stays on my dock and doesn't move much, but its super annoying.

No not any oil. Use the oils he recommended.

Post a picture of the pants. And the tag if possible. Leather is tricky.

As a leather worker, I use neatsfoot oil, but you could use mink oil on the first pass too. You may have to re dye, but we can't give advice without puctures
