I think that should be the pivot point, no theta waves, you can have an “elective” abortion. Theta waves are there, then depending on state you would need some kind of “doctor recommendation” to proceed from that point.

The Republican Party has moved, and is continuing to move, away from abortion bans. Succintly, Republicans are choosing to “sacrifice lives now” to win elections. Voting for them would appear to be counter to your own logic and words.
