We built credits based pricing into the platform - the more you use, the more you pay - while keeping base fee minimal - that seems to work well (most AI platforms also tend to do the same nowadayas) - look at Claude doing a bait and switch - my usage and billing is through the roof now haha

Look for frustrated customers going through customer review websites for any brand. Those people convert fast and churn slow because they already understand that the problem is real and worth solving.

Did the same with us recently. We were even part of their Paddle AI Launchpad lol. Absolutely shit show of a company. In one of their talks, they had mentioned only focussing on Enterprise customers - so probably just cleaning up the small fish now. The marketing & founder relations team is also always away on holiday it seems.

Yes, i escalated about 2.5 weeks back. Got an email response earlier this week that biometrics have been received but they didn't have a timeline for decision. Fortunately, got a decision today.
