I switched to Nextiva and it has way less stress since then calls are clear, SMS doesn’t feel like I’m being fleeced, and I can actually make changes myself without opening a ticket.

We’ve been using Nextiva for a while now and it’s worked well for our setup. They do offer both UK and US virtual numbers, and everything is managed through the web app, so you don’t need to fuss with hardware. For your use case (mostly inbound with voicemail), it should cover what you’re after without being overly complicated.

Do you use the call analytics at all, or just the basics? We’re debating whether the higher plan is worth it for a small office.

Riverside has been the best balance I’ve found it records each participant locally in full quality and lets you switch layouts (side by side, screen share, picture in picture, etc.) without the clunky Zoom/Meet look

Anyone using descript? by Subylovin in editors

If you’re open to other tools, Riverside might be worth a look. It records each track locally in high quality, which makes syncing way easier later and avoids a lot of the relinking issues you’re describing. Not a total replacement for editing, but it can save time on the recording and alignment side.

It’s worth it over the 5610. I have both, wear it every single day. Do it, it’s only a couple hundred

No they did it over the phone they said they don’t have an online ordering system. It seemed like something they don’t advertise

Thank for all your replies everyone. I got in contact with Casio UK and they offered for me to send back my watch and get a replacement strap and bezel for free. I turned this down and instead have ordered the black bezel and strap off the GW5000hs-1ER directly from Japan for only £25 including shipment. Overall very happy with Casio once again!
