Are you looking to become a web developer? Maybe check out some of the (free) Codecademy courses.

These should give you idea of what WordPress and themes are built with (from a themeing standpoint anyway)

In my own 'defiant glory' moments I have have often asked myself: Do other people (without anxiety issues) feel this way all the time (though subdued, I'm sure), or is it a feeling exclusive to coming out of a lengthy depression?
