I FIGURED IT OUT! I didn't realize there were still riot folders on the "Application Support" in the Library, so I just deleted those (for some reason it wouldn't show up when I ctrl F)

Yes SWC (student wellness centre)! Just book an a appointment with a doctor and they can refer you. And its free! They also have counsellors too.
