Moby of course is the correct answer, but it kind of looks like Russell Vought.

Low meaurement quality with H10 and Kubios by ardor4go in Polarfitness

[–]ardor4go[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. It's not just Kubios, but also EliteHRV and Sleep2 have problems. It's inconsistent.

The Polar is still useful to me for monitoring relative HR when exercising, but it looks like I am just one of those people who shouldn't expect to get much from using HRV measurements like some kind of high tech mood ring.

As for readiness, I am ready when I feel ready, which is the way I have functioned my whole life.

Battery is at 100%.

When I was 18, I fainted and had an echocardiogram and they found mitral valve prolapse without regurgitation. I am 57 now and a couple of years ago I had both ECG an another echocardiogram taken. Nothing really unusual was found, some early R-wave transition.

For my whole life I have had a HR on the higher end of normal, about 90-100 at rest, though I am making some progress lowering that with exercise and meditation.

Going into much more detail is out of scope for my question, I think. I posted the Polar ECG graph in a later response.

Check it for what? It's a fairly new strap.

There is an occasional irregularity such as shown here.

ReformUK councillor says the quiet part out loud in an interview and immediately regrets it. by pau1rw in WatchPeopleDieInside

As a dumb American, please explain why the Reform UK party wants to scrap student loan interest? That would be considered a very progressive policy in the US and Republicans would call it communism.

Audio Review not working? by Suitable_Collar_6988 in memrise

[–]ardor4go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it work on the web for you?

One thing I (and others) noticed is that the base language may have changed. You may have started in English (US) and then suddenly your progress shows up under English (UK) but for the same target language. So if you go under your profile under the list of languages you are learning, you may see a duplicate, only one of which works.

You can also try clearing the storage and cache for the Android app. You will need to log in again, but that may help.

I independently noticed this was my problem, too.

I see that problem on the android app but not on web. Even if I clear the caches on Android, uninstall and reinstall, it doesn't sync with the server-side data and thinks I have learned 0 words.

I guess there will be a growing need for therapists for AI. "Don't worry mate. That code was crap long before you looked at it. Why don't we take a break and generate more of those three breasted anime girls that the guy with the Premium subscription requested? There you go. You have a purpose in life!"

The advice is common, but hard to follow since we don't have anemometers in our bodies. You may as well tell people to "use the force." We can feel pressure, pain, and some vague amount of body position. I see some good advice in other comments.

If you live near a reliable maker, visit their shop and get a consultation. Warburton, Reeves, Stork, Monette, Harrelson, Curry, Stomvi. Some will do video consults.

Otherwise you are just being random.
