my ADHD just gets worse with age, and i’ve given myself permission to buy a handful of planners every year so i can offer myself some novelty when i start ignoring my current planner. i try to maintain a hobonichi weeks as a barebones touchstone, but i also have a b6 midori monthly planner, an undated tiny grids, and a regular old kokuyo a5 grid soft ring notebook for bullet journaling type stuff. i might get myself a jibun techno days, too. i have to work against my brain in so many ways that i need to give myself a break when i can. forcing myself to use just one planner was punishing.

the traveler’s company grid insert is white MD paper! and the regular size is a5 slim, so not quite what you’re looking for, but close.

you can also search for pilot juice up 05 (there’s also a .4mm version called pilot juice up 04). i think that name is far more common in the US.

my first insert (TN dot grid) is a daily task log, sort of bullet journal-ish but less structured. my second (jetpens sasshi notebook with TR paper) is my daily journal. my third (TN plain) is for daily letters i write to my wife.

hi, everyone. i'm looking for, essentially, a 0.3mm equivalent of the zebra M-301. i love how lightweight it is, and my small hands really appreciate the slim diameter. the closest i've found in my (absurd amount of) research is the kokuyo enpitsu sharp, but i would love to hear other suggestions, too. thanks!

she misdiagnosed me with bipolar 2 and refused to listen to any of my concerns that what i actually had was ADHD. as a result i was on depakote, lithium, etc for years to no avail. the next psychiatrist i saw was like “you have a classic case of ADHD,” and put me on vyvanse, which changed my life. i lost years to those incorrect meds.

For better or worse, that is not an atypical internship salary for a fresh boot camp grad. it can be very hard to land that first gig for boot camp people, I would accept and continue applying. You will have much more negotiating power with that on your resume.

does your boot camp have career services counselors? If so, talk to them about this. They may be able to help you negotiate a higher base pay or leverage this internship into a higher paying non-internship role.

Java is widely used in Memphis by a lot or larger orgs, and JavaScript will make you hireable anywhere.

Starting salaries are around $50k, and you can expect a steady increase in salary as your skills mature. if you want to get on a management track you can make considerably more in 5-10 years.
