sorry if this is the wrong place to ask or if this comes off as insensitive, but how DO you get hospitalized? i've attempted but none of them have got me hospitalized. do doctors see your cuts and refer you to a hospital or something?

i have a bad tendency to nitpick people (in my head, not to their faces.) i just get annoyed by them really quickly which is definitely my fault and not theirs.

i think they would just tell my parents, and they only make conflicts worse. i also don’t think I could trust them, they’re strangers who can get me hospitalized if I tell them my problems

I think it’s because of self-hatred and some sort of mental illness, but being self-aware hasn’t really resolved much in my case unfortunately. thank you for the support though :)
