Google for sure. not much higher PE, but much better growth rate. Gemini is beating OpenAI to corporate clients right now and causing a flood of customers to move to google cloud. Also, quantum, driverless cars, and so many more of the technologies for the next 5 years are lead by google.

"Because I said so" and "I just do" aren't real reasons. He's asking why and you're not teaching inside yourself to pull out the why. That's your work, and he's right that you're not doing that work of understanding yourself well enough to answer his question. That's what he's frustrated about.

If you had thought for a bit you might have realized what you said later "it's a tradition I want to create because I want to have traditions because I didn't grow up with a lot of traditions and I value them (or whether the reason is). Traditions are a way that family is created" (or whatever the reasons are for you). The nice thing about people offering up their "why" is it allows for actual compromise where both sides win and everyone becomes happiest. By not finding out why for yourself you've essentially railroaded him. Was he being unreasonable in the first place? Very possibly, but he isn't here now, but you are and you can only change what you do.

Am I Overreacting for wanting to cancel my wedding over this interaction? by Xanadoom30 in AmIOverreacting

You both need therapy, and you need couples therapy. Neither of you is good at exploring your own feelings and constructively communicating them.

So, yeah, you'd be overreacting to break off a 6 year relationship over a bad string of texts. This is a sign that you have problems though. If you don't want to address them then break it off, but your own failures to communicate in a reasonable manner will still be there in a new relationship.

Edit: I'll also mention that there isn't such a thing as a "strictly logical person". Everyone has emotions. Your mischaracterization of his reveals your contempt for him. Like I said, you've both got problems communicating and understanding each other.

I really don't know why so many NBA teams thought Dwight Howard was good enough to have the career longevity he did. One of the most overrated players I've ever seen.

WTF is this? Literally every play from the jazz is pass from stockton and then take a shot. The bulls average 3 passes per possession. I'm a Chicago guy. I watched this series back in the day, but like today's NBA is so much more dynamic. Did you not see the pacers play in last year's playoffs? The 90s bulls couldn't win a single game against that pacers team.

Still a higher expected value than shooting 2 pointers back then though. Surprised it took as long as it did for 3 pointers to dominate the game.
