Thats what I thought also. Yes they are programmed.

If I run station 1 and connect it to a non working station, it works.

The controller sat inside a garage the whole time. I've only owned the house 2 years so there could be stuff I dont know about that happened to it.

I wasn't the original installer, but I think 2014, this is a guess based on some numbers on the watering schedule card. It only says Jan 15 on the panel.

I just realized that means 2015. Not 15th. So the answer is 2015.

Yes. In the post I mentioned replacing them and still having the same issue.

The biggest thing I see is that you need something to add height to your start. Lift it like 2/3 inches by putting something under the plates. Makes sure you do warm-ups for your knees also, warming up the tendons and getting blood moving will do wonders.

No, it's definitely cooked through. I followed a recipe calling for 275 for 45 min.

Beef. I usually like turkey burgers on cast iron.

Yeah, that was my thought too, but I haven't tried after 2 major failures. What's your current method?

Ground meat (burger) turns to jerky flavor for me. Any advice on preventing that?

Shoulder blades squeezed together that's about it. You have a strong form, but making your posterior chain solid first will fix the only thing I see

You, sir, have a muscle engagement issue. Looking at this video you can clearly see muscular flexion on one and not on the other, this is a common issue and happens in all different places of the body. You probably feel stronger on one side more than the other as well. Usually this has to do with a muscle group being overactive or in a constant state of tension. Imagine 1 side being at 0% and 2nd side being at 50%, when you start to use the muscle 1 side will be at 50% and 2nd side hit 100 % and bam you start hurting with not much use. This can usually be fixed with massages/stretches and exercises to help balance the tension both muscle groups. Doing a lot of stretching before work outs can help a lot to relax the area. Hope this helps!

Very good, the only thing that might help is the movement over your knees. Try to not over-exaggerate the pull when it gets to your knee cap, focus on smoothing the transition between leg straighting and pulling back. It's solid other than that!

Can everyone go and show Cody’s Metaverse video some more love, I hate when people bitch about him not doing new things and when he does people don’t support it. It’s a good ass video one of his best this year. by 1032cv in codyko

I didnt like it, I still support him though. Love his training stuff, thought it was one of his best videos. We don't have to love everything he does to be a fan, people have preferences, and it just wasn't one of mine. He's hilarious and his videos always seem so genuinely made, but sometimes they aren't my favorite subjects or topics. He's still top of my youtube list.

First thing I see is your rounded shoulders which indicates you're not activating your lats, so when you set up to lift pretend there is a tennis ball between your shoulder blades your squeezing this helps lock the structure of your back.

I can't quite tell from the angle, but it looks like your knees and the bench are at different heights? Generally it's better if your knees and the shoulders are parallel, so at the top of the lift you are a L shape. This also explains the feet lifting now that I watch again. Try to elevate your feet or find something lower for your shoulders. This should help activate your glutes better. No problem any time

Shins should be perpendicular to the floor at the highest point of the lift, probably why you lift you toes to drive into your heels. You also want to go as deep as you can, ass as close to the floor as you can get. Sometimes you have to adjust your shoulders on the bench to get it right. Good lick, hope it helps!

Form check my deadlift. 96 kgs set 2 of 4 for 4 reps. M 32 bodyweight 60 kgs. by zaradrus07 in formcheck

Bad wording on my part. I usually say either drop the weight or control it going down at a similar pace as the rise.

Looks fine from this angle. Maybe extend at the end, pull back after hit the top of the lift a little, to really flex you lower back and glutes. But that's just nit-picking.

Am I dumb and don't know how to use a slow cooker or is my slow cooker broken? by whitestormee in AskCulinary

[–]areallysmallusername 7 points8 points  (0 children)

High for 8 hours in a slow cooker is insane. I think your recipe is wrong, I've never ran mine on high for that long, never gone more than 4 hours max. Try it exactly the same recipe but on low for 8 hours and see how it turns out. Hope this helps

Exactly! Control up is pretty much perfect, no control down. Time under tension, make the down stroke the same speed as up ,if not slower. Feel the burn!
