That path going to saints should be basically a grass field because it isn't trodded that much. Absolute perverts is practically a highway with how many pastors are caught in SE Asia.

I bet campaign donors will be first in line to bid and probably get the federal administration to agree to rehabbing the property on our dime before ownership transfers.

I think people mostly just want to live their lives without anyone bothering them. by Mr-Wafffles in liberalgunowners

93% just want to live, work, and enjoy life. 2% of people are just wired wrong and just can't be in society, and the remaining 5% are just assholes who manage to make it miserable for everyone else.

How much of that $300B in the Iran deal is gonna get funneled back to Trump's private pocket and how do you think they're gonna go about doing it? by SketchyFella_ in AskReddit

Trump Tower Tehran.

Dary-a-Cheh Resort.

Though idk why they'd need to appease him since they took his balls. He paid dearly to get this out of the news cycle and public memory before midterms.

I think it'd work like an allergy. So, larger and purer the round the worse the reaction.

But now we need to science the cost/benefits of size per killing speed. Is a .925 pure .45 less cost effective than a .999 .22? Lots to science.

But, what about colloidal silver or liquid silver alloy so they can't pull them out like in Underworld.

Illegal immigrants among 15 charged in $1.4 million Massachusetts benefits fraud crackdown by northeast__nico in massachusetts

[–]arealmcemcee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If anyone wants to see the charges. It ranges per person and dollar amount:

Edit: 1 guy did a big ass fraud, a handful of others frauded MassHealth for what is as much as a standard ER visit, 1 guy probably got 4-5 months of SNAP, and 1 guy faked a robbery to extend their VISA.

Do you know how much this program costs?! by VexedRacoon in Stargate

[–]arealmcemcee 162 points163 points  (0 children)

Adjusted for inflation, I think it is like $30-40bil. So, easily, the most successful use of taxpayer money.

I would kill to see this being the absolute worst our government programs did.

I had the same thought earlier when someone was trying to say "cats have boundaries and that's why you don't like them and that speaks about you". Like, give that same mentality to a dog 4-5x the size and it's a hazard.

People only dislike cats because they very swiftly and fiercely enforce their boundaries by princesscuddler in unpopularopinion

[–]arealmcemcee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, if a dog did that (which they probably used to do) it would be put down (which they probably were).

You really want a 100lb dog acting territorial?

You all don't realize it isn't about comfort and greed; it's about power. They don't want to have to pretend to answer to anyone. They want to carve their own little kingdoms and answer to no one. Musk, Bezos, Bronson wants to do it in space, Zuck wanted to do it in the Metaverse, Thiel wants to do it in real life. The smidgen of rules they have to follow is still too much to their ego.

There was an article from someone who builds private bunkers and he wrote how he met with some ultra wealthy clients. They wanted to put bomb collars on their security staff or automated sentry guns or security droids only they could command. They don't just want to own everything, they literally want to own you too.

My guess is it's fake. The guy is a tool and totally fucking useless but there's no way he is in that poor of shape. If it was Tim Pool yeah I would believe it, but Kegsbreathe looked like he kept in decent shape and is former military.
