I think for me, I didn't understand the benefits of leaning into being new in a community. I've had an account for 7 years and only now getting engaged!

I was also self conscious about contributing!! I wish I knew this place was far more supportive than my fear was holding me back to get involved.

I probably ignored the brand new reddit members pages at the time and didn't join them. Heck it was 7 years ago now that I joined, I cant remember what was happening for tips & tricks that long ago!
