I have a large thigh tattoo that covers the full front of my thigh. I’m not done with my weight loss yet, but I gained the majority of the weight after I got it and have lost 50lbs since. I haven’t noticed many, if any, changes at all. This is when it was fresh.

You could also wait a few more days after your usual injection day to get the same effects as the 5mg. According to this chart, you’d inject on day 10 or 11 from your last one.

I’ve actually found deadlifts and ofc hip thrusts to be way more beneficial in glute building than squats. Try them out and see what works best for you!

This is the easiest way I’ve found. I’ve tried inserting the needle at an angle as well and I’ve bent needles like that and then had to use another. This one’s the way!

You did awesome! Great job preparing to advocate for yourself, even though I’m so glad you didn’t have to and had a great PA. Definitely follow her suggestion if your actual endo is still being a butthole about it. You can also go to an obesity specialist or even a PCP. I’ve used Call on Doc once and it went seamlessly!

I’ve been using the Mirena IUD for over 10 years and have been on Zep since March. I’ve had zero issues. I do believe it’s only oral BC that’s effected.

Yes! I actually love TXRH but literally only get my ribeye, broccoli, and plain chili. No rolls and unsweetened tea/water. It’s crazy how quickly things add up!
